Resolving buying problems

We do our best to ensure you a successful and safe trading experience.

However, sometimes you can have a problem with a seller. Here we present different solutions to solve your problem.

Track your delivery

If you have not yet received the item, track thef delivery of the artwork.  You can see it in the Tracking tab control your personal space, either directly with the carrier.

If you can not find information on the delivery status of your item, contact the seller.

Contact the seller

Problems can often be resolved by communicating directly with the seller by email. If your different emails go unanswered, check the settings of your spam inbox.

Indeed, it ispossible that the seller is trying to answer but that these emails are blocked. If it appears that the seller does not answer your emails, you can ask the seller's contact information. You can then call or send an email on his personal box.

If despite your best efforts, the problem remains unresolved, contact us.

PayPal Buyer Protection

If you can not find a solution with the seller, you can ask for a refund if you have used PayPal. PayPal Buyer Protection covers eligible transactions for up to the full purchase price plus original shipping charges.

You have to open the case no later than 45 calendar days from the date of your PayPal payment and – if you need to – escalate it to a claim no more than 20 calendar days after you open your case.
